Job Search — Rerun Employer Jobs Into the Portal

Okay, so this one's more of a discussion type thing. As we get more employers that we know are folks that we've already reached out to via the job, the scraping that we're doing from the website or from people actively putting that information into the portal that extracts, what we want to do is go find the jobs of those employers and then put those kind of into the system like we've been doing. But we want to do it strategically with the employers that we already have been reaching out to. So that way we can do that as like a free posting thing and a claim your profile type thing for those jobs. because the jobs are what the talent wants and then the employers want the jobs filled. So previously when we did it, we went to like the big companies and it's got jobs that were just like all the same and not really varied. So what we want to do is get it from the employers that were actively looking up find their jobs and find a way to have that scrape and automated and put into the system portal so that we can use that intensification. So when we do get talent that signs up, they are not feeling like there's nothing in there for them. There's something already there that we scraped and it's not big companies and it's organized nicely through the algorithm that shows the jobs in there. But that's the next one I have for this.
